"We rented this house in the winter. 8 adults spent 3 nights in the house mostly cooking and playing board games. The house is very spacious and it's on a quiet street. It was plenty warm (in the winter). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (though it could use a new can opener). The basement rooms were especially quiet at night, which was much appreciated by our light sleepers. It is particularly well equipped for young kids (though there weren't' any in our party). We can't speak to the quality of the pool or the outdoors, but as a short winter getaway, it was quite nice."

"There were 18 of us 3 generations. The outdoor space was fantastic the kids had a wonderful time. Beaches were close by and only a few minutes from town. Mark was a great host very accommodating and helpful with the lay of the land."

"Peaceful and lovely home. Our family of 4 including 2 teens enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The gameroom was a bonus. Plenty of space, great kitchen and the living room has seating for everyone. Extremely clean with all the amenities. "
