"This hotel is in a great location close to town and restaurants. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The rooms by the pool are larger than the rooms in the house. We have stayed in both and I prefer the pool rooms although louder than the others. Nice pool and restaurant/bar on site. There is also a hotel shuttle to the beach and they were nice enough to drive us to dinner also."

"The property was beautiful and had plenty of room and amenities. We loved the pool and were very pleased with the all of the beach items available in the garage. The location was very convenient to all we wanted to do in town. Westhampton is a charming town and we enjoyed the Main Street area and nearby beaches."

"Fantastic property that was perfect for our adult family plus baby. The house was very comfortable and homey and had a great open common area that allowed all of us to spend time together. The bedrooms worked perfectly for us. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The pool area was really nice and there were lots of games, books, and things for the beach. The location is great. Tucked back in a secluded and quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and wildlife (a groundhog hung out in the yard while we were swimming the first night we were there), but also close to the downtown area of Westhampton Beach. It was only 20 minutes to Cupsogue Beach, the best option for a beach as a visitor to the area. It is a large nice beach with a Beachhouse that has bathrooms, food, ice cream, a bar, and live music on some days. Carrie was an excellent host, communicating early on, and responding quickly to messages. She also offered lots of good recommendations for the area. We would definitely rent again if we were to ever go back to the area."

"We had a terrific stay, and John was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to make sure our time at the house was great. One of my friends left an item behind at the house after we had checked out, and John was kind enough to get the item back to him. Truly grateful for that. The property is amazing. The house was beautiful & clean, and the backyard was gorgeous. We very much enjoyed the pool, it is maintained magnificently. The grill works great as well. There’s also a grocery store conveniently close to the property, in case you need to go on a food & beverage run. John was great in communicating with me from the moment I had interest in booking the house all the way through checkout & even beyond. He was also graciously flexible with check-in and check-out. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Great place for a group of people looking to take a trip to The Hamptons & Long Island’s East End. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed this home immensely - the big open living room was great for playing children, the pool and hot tub were very comfortable and clean and there was a good spread of bedrooms and bathrooms that made it reasonable for multi-family living. The dining room and kitchen are a little tight for the number of people that can fit in the home, but we were able to share many wonderful meals together with some communication and flexibility. Its just 1 mile from the small down town area and was a very convenient space for us to take day trips to the beach or other towns. The one item i'd flag is the AC had a hard time keeping the house a comfortable temperature, particularly in the late afternoon or evenings if the kitchen was used for cooking."

"Amazing location, walk to everything. Beach passes included. Gas and charcoal grills, fire pit, big swimming pool. We had a great time. There is a typo in listing though, as of July 2026, there are 3BR, with a queen, double or queen, and a single. It was fine for us, but a surprise nonetheless as description said two singles in one room. Photos accurately show each bedroom."

"Highest reviews! Our family had a truly peaceful and regenerative vacation. The property was clean, spacious, and beautiful - very zen. Everything was well thought out for a perfect family stay. The kitchen had all the equipment foodies could need; I especially appreciated the extra freezer and multiple coffee making options. I loved the details of the solar powered lights that decorated the yard at twilight, the robes provided for post-sauna comfort, the option to add extra warmth to the pool. Between the basketball court and the (large and clean) pool my kids were off happily technology. The host was kind and quick to communicate. The whole process was easy."

"This home was tucked away in a beautiful garden/flower setting. We never seen anyone even though there were neighbors..it was very peaceful. The beach was a very short drive around the corner and we would go every night after 5pm bc for the closest beach you had to be a resident to go in between 10am-5pm. The beach down the road is 20 to go during this hours and is just as nice. It was very nice to go for walks and check out the area as well. The pool was refreshing after a hot afternoon and making a fire at night was nice too. Having the outdoor kitchen was amazing :) over all great place. Will miss it"
