"What a perfect home for a large family! From the beautiful yard full of flowers and a secret garden feel out front, to the amazing pool out back! Inside vaulted ceilings,lots of seating at the kitchen island and long dining table and most comfortable big couch ever immediately pull you in. Plenty of cozy, comfortable bedrooms, a huge assortment of books & games for all ages, and a big playroom loaded with fun made everyone happy and no one was ready when it came time to pack up and go home! Carrie was quick to answer any questions and was a very gracious host. We definitely hope to stay here again!"

"Amazing location, walk to everything. Beach passes included. Gas and charcoal grills, fire pit, big swimming pool. We had a great time. There is a typo in listing though, as of July 2026, there are 3BR, with a queen, double or queen, and a single. It was fine for us, but a surprise nonetheless as description said two singles in one room. Photos accurately show each bedroom."

"Highest reviews! Our family had a truly peaceful and regenerative vacation. The property was clean, spacious, and beautiful - very zen. Everything was well thought out for a perfect family stay. The kitchen had all the equipment foodies could need; I especially appreciated the extra freezer and multiple coffee making options. I loved the details of the solar powered lights that decorated the yard at twilight, the robes provided for post-sauna comfort, the option to add extra warmth to the pool. Between the basketball court and the (large and clean) pool my kids were off happily technology. The host was kind and quick to communicate. The whole process was easy."

"I spent two glorious weeks in Colleen's home, and it was a wonderful experience. She is, by far, the most responsive host I've encountered in all my years of renting vacation homes for one to three weeks with my family. She always answered my questions promptly and never seemed the least bit annoyed, no matter how many I had.My children and grandchildren joined me on the weekends, and they absolutely loved the pool, the downstairs play area, and the large paved driveway on a very quiet street, where they spent hours scootering, biking, playing basketball, and kicking around a soccer ball. One of our favorite features was the seating area in the spacious garage. With the garage door open, we could relax in the shade, sip iced coffee, and watch the children play. It was also the perfect spot to gather on the one rainy day we had. Above the garage, there is very well-equipped gym where I was able to do some of my barre classes.The house is exceptionally clean, thoughtfully stocked, and conveniently located close to town, a school with a playground and tennis courts, and the beautiful beach. I would happily stay here again."

"This home was tucked away in a beautiful garden/flower setting. We never seen anyone even though there were neighbors..it was very peaceful. The beach was a very short drive around the corner and we would go every night after 5pm bc for the closest beach you had to be a resident to go in between 10am-5pm. The beach down the road is 20 to go during this hours and is just as nice. It was very nice to go for walks and check out the area as well. The pool was refreshing after a hot afternoon and making a fire at night was nice too. Having the outdoor kitchen was amazing :) over all great place. Will miss it"

"Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs."
