"Room was so spacious and clean. The linens and towels were immaculate. Pillows and bed were cushy and very comfy. To top it all off, the staff provided friendly and professional service. Will stay here again. Just be aware of your surroundings if you’re walking the neighborhood for your chosen destination or just browsing. Came here to see a show at The Warfield on Market St and the walk took 7 minutes."

"The only issie I had was that you can hear the people in the next room talking. So it was hard to get to sleep. The walls seem "thin" in this hotel. Stayed here before and same thing. Could almost hear the conversation. City noise is always an issue but thats not the hotels fault. A garbage truck doing something woke me up at 4:30am. Loud banging and glass breaking for about an hour. Wasnt sure what it was. Other than that, the place was clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Riom was a good temperature. The staff is super friendly. Ill continue to use this hotel."
