First of all, the staff was amazing. 10/10. The location couldn't have been better. 10/10. Close to the Freedom Trail, Close to the transit, Close to Boston Common. Everywhere was walkable from the hotel. Our only issues were the rooms we pretty cramped, the air conditioning didn't work (It's not even turned on during the winter/spring months) and it was insanely hot in our room and the TV didn't work in our room because it couldn't connect to the Internet. It's expensive for what it is, but no fault of the employees, they were great and very helpful.

The staff was pleasant and friendly . Easy access to parking garage or valet, depending upon your preference. Rooms were clean and spacious. Definitely stay here again in the future .
