Apartment no.38c has a balcony on the harbor side offering a fantastic view on the exclusive seaworthy yachts. It includes a secured private parking from where you can take an elevator to the apartment entrance. The apartment itself has been beautifully designed and furnished to the highest standard. It offers essentials such as high speed internet, a large SMART TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet and laundry facilities. The comfortable boxspring beds guarantee a good night sleep. Within walking distance you find South beach, some of the best restaurants, a supermarket and the 'world famous' local fish shop Simonis, known for the best fresh fish in town.
