Hotel has no private parking
Hotel has no parking. Just parking on the street where is not safe to leave the car. Internet is low quality. Breakfast was poor. Walls and doors are not soundproof and you hear all noises from the hall and other rooms. Internet is bad with very often disconnections. It is not an hotel but a lodge. between other houses area.WC what exactly in front of door and you can hit your head on door when seat.

We are sorry to hear that our hotel did not meet your expectations. If you had read the descriptions, you would have known what kind of hotel we are and that we do not have a parking. Public parking in the street is safe here, perhaps unlike where you come from. The description also states that we do not have an elevator, so why are you complaining about this? If you had reported to us that you were experiencing problems with the internet, we would have been happy to help you. Having read your complaints, I wonder why you wanted to extend your stay with us for one night? We hope next time you choose a hotel that suits you better.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Staff are very friendly. I request to change my room after two days and they gave me an alternate room. Breakfast was excellent very nice ambiance. Worth staying !!!!!!

Great Hotel, Great Location, Amazing Staff
I really liked the location and the staff were amazing and so very helpful. Cleanliness means a lot when travelling, so to find a nice hotel such as this one that was sparkling clean, was fantastic. The breakfast options were good, the area around the hotel was quiet, and the various cafes and boutique stores were a welcome relief from the big chain department stores. The only problem I had was during the last night of my stay when a very inconsiderate young man had invited a group of other inconsiderate young men back to his room. They were extremely loud and it was very late at night, which meant that their laughing and very loud conversation woke me up. This was not the fault of the hotel staff, but rather the inconsiderateness of this man and his friends.

Comfortable stay.
Small boutique hotel close to beach. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels I have stayed in Europe. Bed was two singles pushed together but it was longer than normal twin beds. Very quiet area and very good security. After 6 pm you require your room key to get into the hotel. Mini bar is on main floor in area where breakfast is served. Good selection of products and all based on the honour system. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Wifi was very good. My room had its own Wifi booster.

Much more than expected
So I was hesitant about booking this hotel, but couldn't have made a better choice. We were able to drop bags off early and they were waiting for us upon our return. The lady who checked us in was so pleasant and spoke decent English. She gave us the low down on our bearings and the location was good. There is a bus stop close that will take you wherever you want to go and the walk to the pier/beach was a pleasant stroll. We will be returning to this gem. The only recommendation I would like to make is a toaster for the breakfast OR some sort of warm food- but when in Europe the food was typical to most other places.

Hotel was prima. Wel gehorig. Basic, maar nette en schone kamer. Misschien wel beter dan je voor de prijs zou mogen verwachten. Als wij nog een keer richting Den Haag gaan, zou ik zo weer boeken.

Alles netjes verzorgd en telefonisch vriendelijk geholpen. Waterkoker, koffie,thee ed. binnen handbereik. Ook handdoeken op voorraad. Waren erg blij met ons balkonnetje. We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad! Nogmaals dank daarvoor !! 🤗

Das einzig gute war die Lage, man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es war dreckig und die Hörbarkeit war nicht so gut.

Nice accommodation in a genuine environment. Small room but in good condition, can get hot when there was no air conditioning in the room. There was a fan but it does not help much if it is 25+ out. Was here mainly to visit the beach for sunbathing and swimming which was great! What we experienced as disturbing was that we woke up to oozes of bacon every morning at 07.45. Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, es ist schön zu hören, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt bei uns zufrieden waren.Wir nehmen Kommentare zur Verbesserung unseres Hotels entgegen.Teuer ist natürlich ein relativer Begriff.Ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass der Preis, den Sie an einem Samstag im Mai für ein Doppelzimmer gezahlt haben, weniger als 120 Euro, in Scheveningen wirklich nicht teuer ist.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Schönes großes, auberes Zimmer und sehr bequeme Betten. Wegen Corona kein Buffet, es wurde uns aber auf unseren Tisch alles gestellt was das Herz begehrt. Spaziergang zum Strand ca 10 min. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wij komen zeker terug!
Na een vriendelijke ontvangst mochten we een uur eerder naar onze kamer. Parkeervergunning was prima geregeld. Het is een ouder gebouw, maar op alke fronten is er van alles aan gedaan om de gast tevreden te stellen. Kamer keurig schoon en ruim. Bed was zacht, maar niet te zacht. Heerlijk geslapen. Ontbijt prima verzorgd en aan de kleinste zaken gedacht (fruitmesjes bij het fruit, tandenstokers aanwezig). Verder voor elk wat wils en een automaat voor diverse warme drankjes. Diner in de Bistro was prima!

Excellent rapport Qualité/prix pour cet hotel bien situé et où tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avions bénéficié d'une promotion mais la chambre à 5 était très bien et petit déjeuner complet et agréable.

Een nette kamer op 7 minuten wandelen van het strand bij Scheveningen.De kamer was schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken.Het ontbijt was geweldig.'sAvonds een bezoek gebracht aan het Circus Theater. Helaas maar een overnachting.Personeel was klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam

Personal 7 d Zimmer waren wirklich gut. Leider wird das hotel gerade umgebaut was mit etwas krach tagsüber verbunden ist.

De familiekamer was voor ons perfect. Wij hadden zelf nog wat privacy omdat onze kinderen beneden sliepen en wij boven. De tv beneden deed het niet helaas, maar was voor ons geen probleem.

Nice place in a good area. Big and clean room and toilet. Very good breakfast and personnel very kind. Everything perfect. Just one small point: no wifi, but you can forget about social networks fir few days while you are there.
