A great stay. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a kitchen. Easy check in/out. In a lively neighborhood close to train station and lots of shops and restaurants. Free luggage storage as well. Would highly recommend!

I love that this location was close to public transportation and near restaurants and cafes. It was very modern and clean. I loved that we were able to do laundry here too (you’ll need the app for that but it wasn’t complicated to figure that out). I went with my family, so the pullout couch was already set up for us with linens when we arrived. It has air conditioning too. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would come here again.

The property and rooms are very nice and generally well maintained. The linens are good quality and the bed is very comfortable. There is a laundry room, a lobby with tea and coffee. We stayed for a week and therefore we're hoping to cook some of our meals. The stove and oven did not work and could not be repaired in time. The hotel gave us a discount. I would stay here again but I would get confirmation first that the appliances are working.

The reception staff was all really lovely (including Kevin) who helped us especially given I was almost 9 month pregnant they were super accommodating. Everything you need inside & the coffee was lovely. It was walking distance to the main centre and very close to the main station. I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

This property is close to den Haag Central station, and the local tram stop. The kitchen was well supplied, but salt and pepper would have been nice. It was a good value.

Easy to check in and out via online ( email sent by hotel), no cleaning services during the stay, so no one to disturb you in the mornings, clean rooms and bathroom. Per total a good experience on this property. Recommended.

This property is perfect for a stay in Hague especially if you want to visit surrounding towns. The tram (line 9) is literally across the street which takes you everywhere local including down to the beach. Tram line 1 is just a few blocks away and will take you straight to Delft. The main train station and historic district is a lovely, scenic 12 minute stroll away. The staff could not be more friendly!

Nice room, very clean, everything worked. Nice central location on edge of old city, near tram & 10 minute walk from central station. Good communication from staff who were very friendly. Its a little way from any food stores so plan ahead if you want to make good use of the in-room kitchen. Parking on site is limited & worth booking ahead if you are bringing a car

Had a wonderful stay here. Great location for the beach and the centre. Great restaurants nearvy. Bed was comfy, pillow not so much, but ok. Wonderful, friendly staff. Our room had everything we needed. Listed for 4 people, I think it would be a challenge for 4 adults, as there would not be enough storage for suitcases. Worked with two. Very quiet. This was before Numa took over so can't comment on any changes they may implement.

Good place to stay

Good place to stay and within walking distance to a lot of things in the city and the tram between the beach and the Central station is right outside. The hotel had some nice touches like free, delicious coffee in the lobby. They could make it better by adding a toaster oven in the rooms with kitchenettes for those who are eating breakfast in their room. They wanted to charge us more for an extra duvet, which seemed unnecessary. They should have extra ones in case a family needs one.

Great stay with toddler

Great location with the no. 9 tram outside to take you to the pier, Madurodam, city centre etc so its very convenient. Otherwise around a 20 minute walk to the centre. Lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes nearby too. Our 4 person apartment was comfortable, functional and clean and had everything we needed. The only comments is that the extractors in the bathroom/toilet didnt work and the aircon seems to be connected to the next apartment so we had strong whiffs of cooking on both nights. A toaster would have been useful and they also wanted to charge €9 for a baby high chair.

Nice property in good location. Wonderful staff. We initially did not receive our code to check in because the hotel insisted that we had not paid for half of the stay. I had to email them copies of my credit card statements and copies of the receipts (that they had sent me) to clear things up. We paid extra for a larger "Comfort Apartment, 1 Bedroom" but were given a standard size room. The place has been recently renovated and several things didn't work in the room (safe did not lock, deadbolt on front door would not engage due to misalignment, wall switch for bathroom heat lamp was frozen in place and inoperable.

Similarly to other reviews, the staff were kind and tried their best. The first room was in the basement, not at all what is shown in the images online. It was dark and not at all inviting or hospitable. We stayed in an alternate room, street level the first night while waiting for another room. The second night we were moved to another room, similar to the one as seen on Expedia. This room had a broken sofa, the staff were aware, as well as a broken coffee machine. The coffee machine was replaced with another broken and leaking machine. After wasting a sleeve of coffee we gave up. The location is as expected. I would not return and I advise any future guests to expect similar experiences.

The room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. It is advertised to fit four people, yet I found it only suitable for two. The bedroom is small and has a big bed so it is very difficult to move around and difficult to open the small closet in the bedroom. You can’t have more than one person in the room if you want to move around and open the closet etc. The kitchen was good. The appliances were good. Nice oven and a tiny fridge. There was a dishwasher which was good but very small. The bathroom was the only spacious thing compared to the rest of the apartment. The closet space in the apartment is a joke! How can this apartment be suitable for 4 people when the closet space is only enough for one?! The living room is cramped. There was no washer or dryer. You have to go outside the apartment and use the common laundry machines. There are three washers with one broken most of the time and three dryers for the entire building. The staff in the entrance aren’t always there. Staff was kind and communication via WhatsApp was very good. We stayed almost a month and we were only allowed cleaning service once a week. In the end, I would say this is more of a studio apartment fit for no more than two people (we were two adults and two children).
