"he place was a dump. It did not look or feel clean and everything in there was beat up and looked like it had been picked out of the garbage. The A/C unit was archaic and so loud it kept us up all night. You could hear the neighbors talking next door and even snoring. The whole place was just shady. The TV remote did not work and the person at the front desk was "too busy" to help us at 8pm and said he could come to our room at 9:45pm to help us out. We said forget it, since we had been traveling since 4:45am we didn't want him coming that late. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but thankfully, the woman at the front desk the following morning was helpful and we were able to check out and got a refund for the last 3 nights. We went the the Hampton Inn in Garden City instead which was comparably priced and waaaay nicer, cleaner and comfortable."

"The Janna house is beautiful. Everything we needed was in the house. When we needed more sugar and blankets, it was provided the same day. Would definitely book again."

"Neecy served with the right amount of attentiveness. The home was very clean and welcoming. Very well decorated so much so that my neice used it as a photoshoot for my birthday pictures. The neighborhood was safe and the perfect location. This now my NY home...lol."

"Hello travelers seeking a home away from home…this is the place!The home felt inviting, peaceful, cozy, and comfortable the day we got there till the day we left. Plenty of space for our 13 and 16 year old to relax and play while us adults relaxed in the living room. The place was very clean, plenty of towels, full kitchen, heating system… just everything you need for your stay. Great location! My parents were a quick 10 minute drive from here. The LIRR is just a five minute walk if you want to escape to the big city. The main market in this neighborhood is also a quick drive to get to.It’s was a great experience and the host was exceptionally friendly, helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying here again when the weather gets warmer. Spring? Summer?Best,Jose"
