"After arriving in Toronto, we went directly to the hotel. We asked if we could check in early and they approved it without issue - it was 2 hours early. The next morning I called down to ask if we could get a late checkout and they approved an hour without issue. We were also able to use the concierge to hold our bags while we went and did activities and they held our bags for around 8hrs. The customer service was greatly appreciated."

"Location was good for our needs. No parking on site but public lot around the corner. Room was on the small side but very clean. Check in was seamless even though no front desk. The restaurant staff very helpful and knowledgeable in regard to check in. Nice experience."
