The convenience of the hotel location was great but that’s pretty much it. Our check in experience was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. We got there early so I wasn’t expecting that a room would be ready but the front desk checked us in and told us we’d receive a text message once it was. He said he’d prioritize our room so we waited upstairs on the outdoor patio for about an hour.
Since I haven’t heard anything, I came back down to inquire and was told it still wasn’t ready. We stored our luggages and tried to make the most of what afternoon we had left. Around 4:15PM (the stated check in time), I still hadn’t heard from them so we walked back to the hotel. Once again was told the room was not ready! I was so frustrated and tired.
The front desk said they’d give us a room on a higher floor that was available. We took it because we just needed to put our stuff away and get ready for our 6PM reservation.
The room was decent and clean but we had to request extra towels on the first day when there was only a set for three and there were four of us. The air conditioner was really slow at cooling down the room too.
I probably will not be rebooking at this hotel for my next visit to Toronto.

"Its was ok..but i found hair in the bathtub.. i had a room with 2 beds..it was ok over all.. but the parking!!! Not only its expensive 40$ .it’s complicated to go in and out and the lot smells soooo bad .."
