"The staff is amazing- from the valet service to the check-in and in room services. They all were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They know how to make a guest feel welcome and special by anticipating what a guest needs are and strives to provide it. We will return whenever we are in Boston."

"A great value! The shared bathroom thing is only a minor inconvenience. It's essentially a room that has 6-ish doors, each with their own toilet and shower, so it's very private. Be aware that they don't straighten your room everyday either. Overall, for what we spent, it was worth giving up these little things."

"Had a great stay, rooms are small but very charming and comfortable. Love the huge windows and views. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Great location, with the T right outside the hotel. Perfect for College visits."

"We had such an amazing time at the Double Tree. We arrived at 1am and the staff was absolutely understanding and helpful. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the Charles River. The Double Tree cookies were also warm and oh so addictive. The hotel is within walking distance to a Whole Foods and Walgreens. There is also a lobster place just across the river. If you are visiting Harvard, there is daily shuttles taking you to the school with multiple drop off/pick up locations. This will also be the hotel we will book when we are in Boston in the future."

"Family of 5 (teen kids) stayed for our summer vacation to Boston. Super convenient location to the T stop. Just a short ride on the T to everything we wanted to see, at much lower prices (and larger room size) than staying downtown. Breakfast was good. Having Starbucks in hotel was a nice treat. Used the daily food credits on drinks in the bar at the end of night. Loved the fun cocktail options available."
