"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "

The lighting in the room was just right—not too bright, not too dim. It was very quiet throughout the night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The WiFi speed was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back again. "

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had do not book. After I booked through Expedia I was told after checking in that that place had no water !!!! I’m not sure how they get away with being able to open while dealing with construction. They first told me that there was no hot water during the day. Then the next day when I went to shower there was no water period!!!!!! They were not apologetic, or hospital about it at all. I would definitely never come back here ever again. "
