"Very happy with my room. I asked for a queen suite with pull out couch and got a 2 bedroom. The room is huge and very comfortable. This is my 2nd time here within the month will definitely be back. Front end staff member was super nice and very efficient with check in. Breakfast is included and they have great options for everyone "

"The hotel is so nice and updated. The rooms are clean, beds where so comfortable, bathroom super great! We had a very late check in and found the desk staff ok but slow and seemed to have difficulties with our online reservations. While our kids melted down around us there was no sense of urgency from desk staff. When I tried calling to notify our arrival was going to be very late it took multiple calls to get the main line answered. The online text/chat feature was awful, I kept getting automated texts to reach out if there were questions but when I texted I was never responded to. For Prince George this is the nicest hotel! "

"Bed was comfortable, front staff were friendly, efficient and polite. The room was clean and the perfect size for myself. Parking is so convenient, it was outside my door. "

"The place is nice and affordable, even has a free breakfast which is decent I would only recommend more gluten free options as it lacked that. But for the price I really cannot complain. "
