There was a nice pool which was enjoyable in this hot weather and the room had good air conditioning. The location was great it was close to all the main sights, I used a lot of grab bike because it was so hot but...

"A very pretty hotel with wonderful views of Old Hoi An and the river. Very well located with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Quite a good size pool to cool off in and a lovely balcony out the front for drinks in the evening. We stayed in river view rooms but were on level two so the views were a little obscured by the balcony room below. If booking a river view room I would suggest asking for level three or four."
