"A really great boutique hotel to relax in. The grounds of the hotel are immaculately maintained and the rooms are luxurious and spacious. "Beautiful resort. Lots of meal options including a great selection of gluten free options.
The only negative was that I found the women that worked at the bulk shop quite rude. My husband and I did all inclusive and would get takeaway drinks from there after dinner, the staff came across as rude and unpleasant.
All the other staff was lovely. One in particular at the bar near the ocean was incredibly kind. "

"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. "-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side.
-The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all.
-Breakfast was great with a lot of option.
-We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding.
-The property was amazing otherwise. Very quite and peaceful.

-We got a 10 mins massage complimentary which was great.
