"There’s a broken car in the driveway, the ramp deck is covered in mould & moss, there’s spider webs inside on the wall up near the ceiling which you look at from the bed. The room wasnt turned over until after 3.40pm and we had to sit outside and wait"

"Communication-when we arrive late, we sent text that we’ll arrive at 2030, no text or email to say what to do. Good thing a fellow traveler we helped has the code for the box and we were able to get our keys. We asked the next day at the front desk and Manager Quinton was arrogant and unapologetic. Bathroom was health hazard. Customer service non existent. If there was another hotel available, we would have changed. We’ll never return to your hotel "

"Property was good, and close to airport and surrounding town center (restaurants, grocery stores). It appears that the property was having issues because our room was not ready (2-hrs past check-in), bags of laundry stacked everywhere, and we did not get the room that we had booked and paid for. Our unit had a washer & dryer, which was perfect for our needs. The free onsite parking was convenient. (Note: Their onsite parking is VERY limited - not enough spaces. Get there early enough to secure a spot, otherwise they will refer you down the street for PAID parking)."
