Great hotel and great location. "Breakfast Included" is really just a voucher for the restaurant next door so you still have to pay towards it, that was my only issue with the place - everything else was fantastic

Housekeeping went above and beyond. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The Honey and Salt restaurant had delicious food. There were many options for restaurants within the hotel. The terrace garden on level 6 was beautiful along with the rooftop hot tub and aqua lounge. The location is fantastic especially if going to an event at BC place or Rogers arena. The aqua taxi is accessible within a couple minute walk. It was a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown-Roundhouse station to catch the train to and from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!
