"The service upon arrival was simply disastrous. The staff provided no information whatsoever about the hotel’s amenities or features, leaving a very poor first impression. In addition, housekeeping is clearly insufficient, as rooms are cleaned only every three days. As a result, the room, although somewhat organized, appears dirty and poorly maintained. Basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner are of very low quality, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this kind. The breakfast is equally disappointing—monotonous, with little to no variety or options to accommodate different preferences. Overall, this is a hotel in urgent need of significant improvements. The experience falls far below any reasonable expectations."

"Pros: good and safe location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, close to beach, no bugs. Cons: no elevator, connecting doors must be made from cereal boxes because it’s like they’re in your room. Absurdly overpriced during spring break. "
