"We loved the screened in patio with the large table that seated six people. Within walking distance to the beach, pier and restaurants. From the beach, we were able to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center. We met the home owner, Jim, and he wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. We plan on returning to the area next year and would like return to this house if it is available."

An easy block walk to a portion of the beach much less busy than the rest of the beach. Also a close walk down the beach to the pier. The owners were kind enough to let us know about a last minute satellite launch which we watched from our section of the beach. "This was a really lovely small hotel. Perfect for my husband and me. Short walk across a small parking lot and boardwalk to the beach. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the wine and cheese social hour. The only drawback for us was the lack of a mini fridge in the room, however the hotel did have soft drinks available for a reasonable price so that did help. We would definitely stay here again"

"The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay...
