"My two sons (teen and young adult) and myself stayed at the North Vancouver Hotel for one night after seeing a concert in town. The neighborhood was not anything to write home about. I initially found it to be a little sketchy, but we had a very safe experience. We even caught the bus at the stop around the corner to get to our show in downtown. If you cared to explore the public transportation here, this is a convenient location to start. The bus took us to the train station and it’s a straight shot to downtown from there, maybe 10-15 minutes away. Traffic was quite heavy that day, so we were happy to avoid all that craziness. The room was clean and I didn’t get the icks like I have at other higher rated hotels. I found the beds comfortable..not too soft or too firm. Our room had small windows that you can open if you like. We traveled here in cooler fall weather and found the heater unit to be quite loud, but efficient! The noise didn’t bother us as we were so tired. The hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast..parties, yogurt, pancake. Not the most healthy or filling fare and the coffee was pretty mid. For the price, it’s pretty much what I would expect. Bottom line if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable no frills stay, this is the spot!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying @ the float home. It had all the conviences you could have in a small space. The views were spectacular of the city of Vancouver especially in the evening. The float home was dog friendly that we loved. The location was prefect as you were steps away from the Spirit walking trail. Kris the manager of the property was readily available for a problem that we had.We plan on returning."

Brand New 3 Bed 3 Bath Townhouse

"This unit was roomy, and ideal for two or three couples. Each bedroom had an en-suite, and were well separated. The front, master suite, was the one we didn’t use, as the townhouse sits at a five way traffic light, on a hill, so traffic noise was pretty loud.The room did have A/C, so might’ve been OK with the windows closed.We loved the rooftop deck, but there are a couple of loose floor tiles which made walking across it tricky. The only dining table inside was tiny, so we moved the one from the deck down so we could sit 6 of us for a dinner with friends. The large sun umbrella on the deck was in sad shape, but we managed to wrestle it into use.There are EV chargers in the parking lot, which we didn’t use as our Tesla was fully charged, but I think you can arrange a charge if needed.Over all we had a great stay, and found the location terrific for most of the places we wanted to visit."
