"Maison magnifique typique du village, décorée avec goût. Le ménage mériterait d'être approfondit, beaucoup d'araignées sur les plafonds, pas mal de petites fourmis, heureusement qu'il y avait des insecticides sur place. Nous avons beaucoup souffert de la chaleur, la maison est plein soleil toute la journée et les ventilateurs sur pied sont insuffisant. Il faudrait investir dans la climatisation ! Pour ce qui est des montée avec les bagages et les courses, malheureusement c'est le village qui est comme ça donc je ne peux pas pénaliser les propriétaires. Frigiliana est magnifique, on y mange très bien et c'est le principal."

From the moment we arrived, we were less like guests and more like friends. Warmth, genuine hospitality and passion for both the guesthouse and the beautiful village of Cómpeta shine through in everything. The guesthouse itself is stunning. Beautifully restored, immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, it perfectly blends traditional Andalusian charm with modern comfort. Every detail has clearly been considered. The rooms are peaceful, the communal spaces are welcoming and the rooftop terrace is the perfect place to unwind and take in the atmosphere of this incredible white village. What really made our stay special wasn’t just the accommodation, it was the feeling. It felt calm, authentic and refreshingly personal. In a world of chain hotels and impersonal check-ins, La Tienda Nueva reminds you what hospitality is supposed to be. Cómpeta is a magical place in its own right, with its winding streets, friendly locals and breathtaking mountain scenery, and La Tienda Nueva is the perfect base from which to experience it. We arrived looking forward to a holiday and left with memories we’ll treasure. Thank you for creating somewhere so special. "We had a fantastic stay, Jeremy was a star and so helpful from the minute we arrived morning was too much trouble, Maria and her staff we were super friendly and helpful even Lola the dog and Coco the cat got in on the act, making our stay the best Our room was amazing and very comfortable with spectacular views. Jeremy recommended restaurants/bars & places to explore. The breakfast was perfect and plenty of it too. Stunning pool are sun area. It’s the only place to stay in Frigiliana. We would definitely recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here Thank you to Maria Jeremy and the great staff. You made our stay 👌🙏"
