"Great experience. We've stayed at other places where you have to squint at the picture to correlate it to the property and hiccups happen along the way you have to work past. None of that was the case here. Perfect check-in, great communication from the host, well maintained property and great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and you can tell by the difficulty in finding available dates that everyone else agrees. I would return again in the future if I can find open dates without any hesitation. Appreciate the entire experience and only wish we had more time to enjoy the full amenities provided both indoors at outdoors."

"Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Service at Hampton Inn Potsdam I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful our stay at the Hampton Inn in Potsdam was this past weekend. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and inviting, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and accommodating. We especially want to recognize Ryan for his exceptional customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. While we were having breakfast, we had the opportunity to observe how he interacted with each guest, and it was clear that he takes great pride in making everyone feel welcome and well cared for. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. Ryan is an incredible asset to the Hilton family, and our family cannot say enough about the wonderful impression he made on us. Employees who provide this level of genuine care and hospitality are truly special, and we hope he has a long and successful career in the hospitality industry. He is truly one in a million! The cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Everything worked well - Keurig area in the room was well-stocked, nice-sized fridge that had a dedicated freezer space in it which was perfect, free bottled water provided and everything was very clean! Fast and easy check-in, location was quiet, which surprised me because it is located on a busy road. As a solo female traveler I did feel safe there."
