Hotel AMANO Grand Central
8/10 Good
"The location of the hotel is excellent, opposite the Berlin HBF. All staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was comprehensive. Pillows were awful and some of the bath towels looked ready for replacement. Unfortunately we discovered the roof top bar was closed , despite signs in the lift inviting you to the experience ."

"The hotel was nice. Clean room, staff was helpful. Several good shopping areas nearby. I thought house keeping would come in at least once to check the room and put clean towels but I guess you have to ask for that."
