"Charming house with everything you could need. The location was great and the golf cart was esential. Everything was clean with little extra touches. Would stay here again. Only issue we had were the Villages guest passes. Being our first time there, it was confusing. We ended up wasting 2 hours at the sales office trying to convince them to give us passes for the pools, etc. - apparently the host is supposed to request for their guest 48 hours in advance. So that is something that should have been communicated before we arrived. It all worked out - but being a quick/short trip - wasting 2 hours on a nice sunny day was annoying. "

"We felt at home as soon as we arrived! The home is spotless, beautifully decorated with a great location. There was everything you need (and more) in the kitchen, linens and towels were clean and like new. Plenty of closet space and the washer and dryer were clean and worked great. We would definitely go back. We did get to meet the owner who lives nearby but never felt like they were checking up on us. They just came over to help set up the TV. Again LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Lake Sumter is our favorite area of The Villages. The fee for resident ID and trail fee is a great deal. "
