"I had a wonderful three-month vacation here. The house is just as stated, with everything that I needed. The backyard is enclosed for a pet. There is a golf cart included. The hosts are so attentive, want everything to be perfect for one's stay. I couldn't of asked for a better location. I would positively recommend this home. I will be back also."

"We decided to check out The Villages since our kids will be off to college in few years. The villa is newer or updated and very clean. The size and layout was great for 2 adults and 2 older teens. The neighborhood is nice and a short golf cart ride to Sumpter Square for dinner, Starbucks, music, groceries and light shopping (few boutiques and gift shops). "Overall A nice place to stay for a short visit but honestly would probably not stay again if there were other options. Great location centrally located and nice to have golf cart. It definitely needs some updating - New linens, pillows and towels (washcloths particularly) and a good set of frying pans would be great. A big issue for us was the Small bed in the master bedroom. "Two families (4 adults and two teenagers.) Property was very clean had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, The golf cart was fun to drive and ride. The furnishings were comfortable. (only thing lacking is we had to provide our own laundry detergent and trash bags.) We noted that there was only one oven rack instead of two--told the property manager after our stay, but this didn't inconvenience us) Awesome house rental!!."

"Upon arrival, toilets were both black throughout causing a bad odor. House was very dusty and floors needed swept. I swept the floor and cleaned the toilets. Also, both wall clocks had dead batteries, thermostat needs a service check - we set it on 70 and the temperature soared up to 78 degrees many nights. Kitchen scissors are broken and there is no pizza cutter and no cake/roasting pan. Location was great! Maryann"
