The space
For short term renters (less than 28 days) Guest Passes are available to allow usage of The Villages ammenities during your stay. This includes executive golf at a reduced fee, recreational and family pools (sport pools are excluded) and groups/activities as the recreation centers. For monthly renters, Temporary Resident IDs are available for an additional one-time fee of $50 per couple. Resident IDs entitle you to free golf on all 36 Executive Courses (you pay only a small trail fee), and reduced rates at the 12 Championship Courses. Resident IDs also give you free access to pools, recreation centers, clubs and activities, and discounts at all 3 Villages movie theaters, The Savannah Center, and events at the Sharon Morse Performing Arts Center.

Starter garbage bags, toilet paper, detergent and toiletries provided. Guests who stay long term (28 days or more) should expect to purchase your own after the starter run out.

Rental rates apply to a MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE. Additional guests require pre-approval.

No smoking permitted anywhere in or on the property. No pets permitted.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

I live in the neighborhood but try to make access easy so you can arrive and depart at any hour. There is keyless entry via keypad. Parking is available in the garage or driveway, do not park on the street.
