Lake County Holidays

Muy bueno y el costo económico lo hacen un hotel perfecto para lo que necesitamos

Everything is great, the only thing is that the entrance at late night is very dark. But the place is great!!!

I booked this hotel about a month in advance. You charged my credit card immediately so I assumed we were all set …..BUT…..When we arrived they told us we were being transferred to another hotel. Mind you we traveled 7 hours with my 1 1/2 year old grandchild , arrived at 7:30 to find out we had no room. I am 65 was exhausted along with my family especially the little one so loading back into a car was not easy. Also a few days before our check in I received a message that said we are preparing you room . And I responded we are looking forward to our stay as I felt this was just the place I had been looking for. Now I feel I would discourage anyone from staying here !!!!! Very disappointed customer

My husband and I had a good time, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly,, I stayed there twice.

This place is run down. The floors look like they were very dirty. The staff will constantly ask you to do time shares repeatedly. One staff was super friendly and able to help with basic needs.
