Although near many restaurants, the kitchen is the heart of the home with granite counters and an open island/breakfast bar. New appliances include a microwave, range with double oven and dishwasher. There is no need to buy water, there is filtered water and ice from the refrigerator. The private fenced-in yard is quiet and backs up to a greenbelt. Step out onto the patio in the mornings and you will enjoy the sounds of nature as the birds are plentiful. Enjoy the fire-pit in our mild but cool winter evenings. Outdoor lighting, BBQ grill and Outdoor seating available to enjoy natural old Florida in this cozy but spacious private backyard. Easy access to beltway that gets you to Orlando or Attractions. For nature lovers, there are beautiful Natural Springs nearby like Wekiva Springs State Park, Kelly Park, Kings Landing and Alexander Springs for Kayaking, Tubing or just cooling off in the springs. Sought after Sydonie Mansion wedding venue only 10 minutes away. Mount Dora Golf Club is around the corner from home. Antiques galore and year-round festivals bring people from all over the country. Great vacation home!

This little home is the perfect place to stay while visiting Mt. Dora. The beds are comfortable, and all the details have been considered. Having a garage is a nice extra. Everything is brand new and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at this property during our first visit to Mount Dora. It had plenty of room for our 2 families to enjoy. The house has everything you could need and want for your use. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were in town for a Fishing tournament on Harris Chain of Lakes and the house was in a convenient area for boat ramps. The driveway was long enough for our truck and bass boat and it was nice to have the garage to store the boat in at night. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was only a 30 minute drive from the Ski Beach area and 45 minutes to Disney resorts. Loida was very helpful in the booking process. She answered all questions and was able to give me great recommendations of activities to do during our stay.

Perfection- is the word I would use to describe this home.It was so clean and organized and had everything you could ever want in it. The home is centrally located, about 4 to 5 minutes from all the downtown happenings.Amazing- is how I describe our host, Loida. She answered our messages immediately and was so sweet and accommodating. As you see I call it a home because that's how you will feel staying here.
