"Loved the setting, scenery, and peacefulness being in the country, listening to the cows moo goodnight to each other. Mary was a great host sharing her abundance from her garden and eggs. Very responsive host. I loved the back porch and slept well. "

"Great location for winery visits, nascar race in watkins glen, cidery and brewery visits, and a visit to ithaca. The view from the porch is amazing for sun rises and sunsets. And we blocked one corner with chairs so our dog could sit out there with us and we didnt worry about him chasing after any wildlife. The firepit was great for s'mores and my husband enjoyed the sauna! The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes for cooking. Not a lot of restaurants open later or every day so we cooked quite a bit. The french press was great for morning coffee. The beds were all comfortable as were the chairs and couches. Definitely great for us as 2 adults traveling with our adult son with his dog and our college age daughter. "
"Great location. Very unique house. We loved the side deck and game nights in the enclosed porch. Everything was included! Didn’t really need to bring anything but spices and food and yes we brought a knife sharpener thanks to other reviewers suggestion. Too hot to sleep in the boat house- no a/c but very cool area to hang in during the day. Beautiful dock and easy walk in access into the very clean lake! Management reached out to make sure everything was going well We loved our stay!! "

"I gave this property a five , because it was certainly way better than a four. It is clean and perfect and in great condition. A couple of things that bothered me were. I got a teaser note offering late check out , but in the fine print there was a charge. The management company trying to up sell me . Two the water has a supper smell to it they need to fix that it is a strong odor. I would stay here again ."
"Overall, we LOVED our stay. The wagon was much larger than we expected and the area felt so quiet and secluded yet so safe. The wagon was so clean and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. I was nervous about the bathroom/shower until we got there. It had great water pressure and temperature. Our host was AWESOME. He replied to all our messages so fast and even had a s’mores bar prepared for us in the wagon. I have never been to this part of NY and was here for work and honestly didn’t have much interest in the area until now. We will definitely come back. It was so stunning and the location of the wagon was so ideal and close to everything. Thanks so much for an awesome visit! "
"Its the cabin I've been searching for for years, Its very clean and the outside environment is very spacious. The outside bathroom was very clean. It does have solar powered lights but they dont last forever so bring lanterns, There is no running water so plan for that, There was evidence of mice so if that creeps you out then dont rent. Its very secluded so Animals are expected. Ive already rebooked. There was no coffee pot so i brought my own propane coffee pot because that porch was too perfect to not drink coffee on 😊"
