"We arrived at the hotel 30 minutes early before the 3pm check-in. We were told our room was not ready yet. We were then told that if we would accept a $30 charge our room would now be magically ready. We were appalled at this sleezy attempt to squeeze out more money from us. We decided not to pay the extra charge and we waited in the lobby until the receptionist decided to check us in. Shame on you that you would treat customers this way. The hotel was great in every other way. The breakfast was good and the room was nice. Probably won’t stay here again though."
