"When I called from the airport about the shuttle, they stated that it had stopped at 11.00 pm. When I asked for alternative, they said "you may take an uber." Upon checking in, I asked if I could receive a credit for having to use Uber. They said, they could not. I don't recall receiving a notification when booking about limited hours for shuttle. Had I known the limited hours, I would have searched for another hotel."

"Very pretty location and nice rooms with balconies. Had a room overlooking the lake. But too many kids in the pool. Would be great if they had an adult only pool."

"First night lights went out for 1 hour and 30 minutes they sent texts that directed people to the wrong floor for free coffee that had grinds all in it. Terrible room had no trash cans and one face towels. Had to call for towels and it took 20 -30 minutes for someone to come up and bring them "

"Outstandingness: 3 minute subway ride to and from terminals. Check in was very understaffed and took too long. Staff was efficient though. Fairly dated hotel and small sundries shop which was not useful due to the long line to check in. Expensive due to location but worth it for convenience."
