"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Didn’t realise how massive it was when I booked but it didn’t feel big and soulless at all. Breakfast was busy but great, rooms were massive and it was excellent value. Was very sad to check out "

"After a long day shopping you need to relax a while in your room, but all TV channels are in German which is fair enough but with German subtitles as well, you have to cater for what seemed like a 80% occupancy by English customers."

"The check in process was easy. Nice clean and inviting front lobby. The hotel lobby is very inviting. It has a nice family atmosphere. The room is clean. Very nice and just what I needed. Staying 3 nights. Laundry here and was one thing I needed. Didn’t do breakfast but it looked awesome. Would stay here again when I come back to Berlin. "

"Great location, quiet part of the city but 100mtrs or so from the U Bahn taking you into the heart. Cleanliness exemplary, staff efficient and courteous. Breakfast excellent, loads of choice and pleasant surroundings. Room was perfectly functional though maybe a little small. All round an excellent short break. "
