"I was a contact with the hotel to let them Know we are going to be late because we went to Sun &fun and end late. When we go the hotel they charge $255 Like the reservation but they gave us the room for people disability . Was terrible I felt sorry and thank God we do t have any phisical problem. We call to exchange the room and was no more room . I hear the hotel keep the good rooms for the reservation directly to the hotel. Too expensive for that room. I will no go back there . But the Women’s at the breakfast are great ! "

"I stayed in room #209 and the bathroom was ridiculous. The toilet was very small and look like it was made for a toddler. Each time I sat on the toilet it moved and felt as if it was going to detach from the floor. I’ve never seen a toilet so small, I’m in my 60’s and have traveled the world extensively but this toilet was shockingly little. The tub was also very small. We should have been warned in advance that our room was for little people. I booked the room through Trivago; I’m wondering if my room was “downsized” because of the booking. The entire motel needs renovation, the stairs are metal and rickety, and a couple of the steps actually moved when I stepped on them. The furniture and the appliances in the room are out dated and look like they were purchased in the 70’s. I was disappointed, but I can say that the beds were comfortable, but please renovate and update. "

"We had a great stay at the lake Lulu escape. It was very nicely decorated with everything we needed and exactly as pictured. Very nice sleeping accommodations with a bathroom for each bedroom. Located in a safe area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Especially enjoyed getting out on the dock and enjoying the lake and the outdoor swimming pool. We would definitely stay there again."
