"Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. The shades in the room don’t block the light and the sun woke me up early every morning. It was very difficult to sleep when the sun was out. This hotel made my stay a horrible experience."

"The room temperature was perfect. The breakfast selection was impeccable. WIFI was not so stable, and the plugs were not international. The hair dryer is not FOR LADIES with long hair. The staff is not well trained, and nobody was nice enough to help me with my luggage. So UPS and DOWNS, but it could be perfect. "

"The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from. Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately. Focus on guest experience more. "
