Open and fitted kitchen (oven, 4-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, filter coffee maker and "Senseo" coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment). Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 2 beds 90x190, bedroom 2: 1 bed 160x200 and bedroom 3: 2 beds 90x200. Bathroom (shower). WC. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, bath and changing mat). Heating at an additional cost (package). Wood on request. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Towels and household linen for hire. Cleaning service at an additional cost. Private enclosed courtyard with access to the owners' landscaped garden (swing). Garden furniture. Barbecue. Small outbuilding. Parking. Horses are welcome upon request. Between land and sea, this cottage will be appreciated for its tranquility.
Close to the Valley of the Mills of Fermanville, and its magnificent viaduct, from which you can see the sea.
