Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...

"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"I payed for the room in advance, but i was charged again upon leave. It was recognized in the last minute and promised to refund me in a week. Parking at the hotel costs extra, so we parked at the station instead. Breakfast can be approached either before 9 or after, but not at any time. If we wanted a dinner, we had to report in in the morning. Strange and somewhat funny rituals. "
