Shallow Ford The map is marked "Shallow Ford" rather than the normal "Ford". It seems to be about 1'9" deep, and today's water levels are fairly normal, so that seems quite deep to me. It fords the River Pang. The ford is on the grid square boundary so a picture from the south is in SU 5470.
