This photo was taken several months ago while driving from Kataragama town to Yala National Park, early in the morning. It's always a fresh feeling to see the sunrise over the paddy fields which is a common scenery in Sri Lankan villages.
Sithulpawwa rock is situated in the southern part of Sri Lanka. One of the famous Buddhist monasteries. This is fully surrounded by Yala National Park.
