The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with great attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown El Paso. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, which made the experience even better. The service was excellent across the board—friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the highlights was enjoying the vibe of the hotel itself, from the lobby atmosphere to the rooftop views. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a high-end, memorable experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting El Paso. It’s easily one of the best stays I’ve had."
