"This is a great house on Smith Lake! This is our second stay and would consider renting again if it is available. Last time we stayed the water had a terrible smell but the owner informed me before we booked that the issue had been resolved. It was much better this time, there was no smell from the water. We did have a few issues that the owner was quick to respond to. There was also much more items available for use this time which is great to see! It is perfectly positioned in a relatively quiet spot on the lake making it nice and relaxing. We went during 4th of July and it was much busy than in past years but the water was still pretty calm. Overall a great place to stay. Perfect for large families or multiple families to stay together."

"Ok! This spot is awesome! We have stayed in a lot of places on the lake but this place was just special! We usually have a big group but it was my husband and myself. It was super clean and had everything needed. Cozy bed! Thought the ladder was going to be difficult as we are in our 50’s but wasn’t at all! Layout is awesome! Downstairs sofa is cozy too! The walk down to the dock was easy breezy far better than others! The water was pristine and in a cove so not the big boat noise. Best of all were the hosts were incredibly friendly and very well prepared! Must stay!"

"Our family of 8 loved this home! Located in a very quiet area, we felt very safe and at home. The property is stunning and like new. We had everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. I would recommend if you plan on taking a large boat to launch it first and not try and take it to the home. The road to the house is long, narrow and hilly. But we made it just fine and had the best family vacation at this property. You also don’t have any boat traffic going by the dock because it’s at the end of a channel which is great. Would absolutely stay here again. The hill is very steep to the boat dock, just keep in mind if you have older or disabled people in your party."

"This was our second year staying here. We enjoy the spacious house and the close proximity to the water. It is an easy walk for the seniors and for the toddlers. The kids loved the paddle boards and the fire pit for the s’mores. I personally loved the large island and windows. We will be back again next year!"
