We had a great first stay at the new hotel! Place was stunning and clean. All employees were lovely and polite. The restaurant sessions was delicious but a bit slow.. maybe understaffed? Very slow bringing cutlery, missed somethings even though there was only 3-4 tables full at a time? Unfortunately ...

Sandman Hotel & Suites London Downtown
The room was in okay condition. Its clearly rundown with holes in the curtains and stains on the wall. The main issue was the noise, you can hear everything even in the room across from you. If you dont mind downtown noise then youre okay.

Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre
Great amenities, to find the parking is a little confusing but the space is beautiful. Complimentary water, the food there is on the cheaper side. My only issue was the cleanliness, there was hair and dirt on the floor in and in the shower so it clearly wasnt cleaned the best on the inside.

Hotel Metro still haven’t returned my room deposit, now they are saying that they may keep the deposit because there was a stain on the bed sheet.
