This 2 bedroom, 2 bath upper unit townhome can sleep up to 9. People. Close to Waterville Valley Ski Resort (10 mins), Loon Mt. (25 mins) right in the white mts. Amazing hiking, snowmobile trails, cross country skiing, tubing, North Conway, Santa’s Village, Ice Castles, Plymouth State and offers a seasonal outdoor pool from May 31st to Labor Day. Inside, you'll find a master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom. The bunk room offers 3 bunk beds with 2 of the bunks having a full size mattress on the bottom and a small portable crib. AC and WiFi are available. The cozy living room offers plenty of space with a huge Sectional couch. Living room opens up to a dining area and kitchen area. Enjoy the oversized seasonal outdoor pool. Hike up Welch Dickey. There are several other hiking trails that are with close proximity. Plenty of books to read and lots of games to play. Kitchen has everything you will need for cooking in. Loon Mt is located up the highway in Lincoln where you can find great restaurants and entertainment. Waterville is close with some amazing restaurants also. There is an apartment in the basement with tenants currently living there. Entryway is shared however, unit has its own entrance. Ample outside parking.

Great ski condo with all the needed items! Even salt/pepper/oil and I always bring my own incase. Very clean, nice couch, large bedrooms with many comfortable beds. Easy access to the mountain and Waterville does a great NYE firework show. We will be back for sure!
