Beautiful, charming, and light-filled room. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An excellent location, within walking distance of the town centre and public transport. Overall, an absolutely 5-star stay. Thank you for a marvellous experience!

9/10 Wonderful! (531 reviews)
The staff were very friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned. However, the hotel could be better maintained. There was construction work on our floor, which made the area quite dirty, and drinking water was not replenished. Breakfast was disappointing, both in quality and organization. Overall, a good hotel with room for improvement.

"It is a very nice hotel overlooking a really beautiful medieval town. The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awesome and reasonably priced and the breakfast was very good too. The swimming pool is great and was open late enough to enjoy it even after a day ..."
