Thousand Island Conservation Area

Front desk needs to change their attitude. They put a $100 hold for me having my service animal with me. Besides the front desk constantly giving me issues with multiple check ins and putting a hold for my service animal, my stay was a 7/10. The hallways are extremely hot on the 3rd floor and up. The ac blow extra hot air on the balcony makes it difficult to sit down and relax.No microwaves in the room only on the second floor and they are the tiny ones. Rooms were clean, pool is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great.
