Holiday Homes in Cocoa Beach

"Great location right across a 1 way street to the beach. The road traffic did not bother us, a few times emergency vehicles passed but that was all we could hear. House was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. We never felt crowded, plenty of space. The kids and grandparents loved the foosball table. Shower outside was perfect for rinsing off. "Perfect location for the beach and a pre-cruise stay. Having the pool was a wonderful amenity! Three bedrooms worked well for the three adult couples that stayed. The indoor shared space was a bit tight for all of us, but the yard was wonderful!"

"House was spacious and clean and offered a lot to do. Foosball, ping pong, arcade, and corn hole and that was just in the garage. Outside on the dock was great the kids really enjoyed the manatees hanging out in the canal. 10 min walk to the beach was nice with plenty of shops and places to eat along the way. Would definitely stay again."
