"The resort itself is older and it shows, but it's not bad because it's very clean and well maintained. All of the staff, from check in, to the bartenders were all very welcoming and friendly I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and had a fantastic time. The rooms are well cleaned and spacious. The outdoor amenities are amazing. Outside fire pits and fun family games and walking distance to down town and Starbucks is 10/10 on its own. One thing to note, The pool area’s floor has small debris fragments that will bother you when stepping barefoot so bring some sandals. The hotel is family friendly which means there will be lots of kids in pool. I noticed that many adults did not like the fact that the kids were jumping and splashing. Didn’t really bother me or my family, but if you do not like kids playing around you in the pool, this isn’t a hotel for you. It is family friendly and doggy friendly. Will continue to come back! Special shout out to Luis, the hotel room coordinator. He made my parents experience so amazing and so welcoming. It is so hard to get them out of the house and Luis made their stay extra special."

"My family and I always enjoy staying at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas, and it has become one of our favorite places to visit. Unfortunately, during this most recent stay, our experience at the Palms Café did not meet the high standards we have come to expect from the resort. My husband and I stopped by the café each morning after our walk to purchase our morning drinks. Throughout our stay, we found the staff to be consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. They rarely smiled, did not appear engaged, and often gave the impression that they were unhappy to be there. We also experienced inconsistent customer service. For example, on some mornings, when I asked if honey could be mixed into my matcha, a staff member was happy to do so. On other mornings, I was simply told, "There's honey in the back," and expected to add it myself. While this may seem like a small detail, the inconsistency and lack of hospitality detracted from what should have been a pleasant experience. We truly enjoy staying at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas, which is why this experience stood out. Looking back, we were disappointed that the level of service at the Palms Café did not reflect the quality of the resort, and we regret leaving tips for service that did not feel welcoming or attentive."

"Needed a reset - just wanted a few days of rest and relaxation. I was able to get plenty of rest because the bed was so comfortable. I was able to relax because the suite was quiet and well appointed. Although you can hear noise when you're in the hall, inside the suite is quiet. I liked having a kitchen to make breakfast and lunch, but there are plenty of nice restaurants close to the property if cooking isn't your thing. Also can appreciate the in-room washer and dryer, especially if travelling with kids. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would come again."
