"The breakfast was of poor quality, the plates were hot because the food was cold. The staff logging in was rude and made us wait to be seated by completely ignoring us while she used the computer. I asked if they had any rolls I was told bluntly we don’t do rolls although they did gluten free rolls. ..."

"The room was clean and spacious, however, the staff were rude and unhelpful! The pool was dared and looked dirty, the ‘lifeguard’ sat on his phone whilst we were in the pool. I wouldn’t go back, especially for the price!"
