We stayed in A13, it was beautiful! The personal touches were awesome! It was kid friendly, with bunk beds, step stools, kids dishes, and movie selections. I was very excited to see all my favorite movies, plus the decor was great. Mandy at the front desk was super nice too!
Like: Clean property. Good location or our trip.
Didn't like: Check in & Check out times had no flexibility. Also we were told the room would be ready in 45min & it wasn't. Hot tub was not available for us to use...should be compensated for it having maintenance/update during our stay. Price was very high & also too many added fees. One of the bedrooms was very noisy with the heating unit in the closet making it hard to fall asleep. Not easy to get in/out of room with luggage during winter when it is snowing. Bar was closed.
No staff available outside of short business hours, when I was not there. Never saw anyone working anywhere. I received the wrong type of room and therefore could not move it. No housekeeping or replacement soap/towels whatsoever. Restaurant was closed. No other amenities given the snow and icey weather. Still, they had the nerve to charge a large resort fee and an undisclosed COVID fee!

Hi Marilyn, thank you for staying with us. Other than the night of your arrival, our hours are 9am-9pm. I reviewed your reservation and you were assigned to the style of unit you reserve. Due to covid, we, like many resorts, aren't offering daily housekeeping, which is why we put additional towels in your closet. We do not have an onsite restaurant. The indoor pool, hot tub and workout room were open during your entire stay. The resort fee is mentioned during the final page when making your reservation, and we also email a resort confirmation showing this.

Beautiful location. Right on the chain of lakes in the Fall forest of Northern Wisconsin. Great room for 2 people. My only negative is that it was very pricey. A diwntiwn luxury hotel would have been cheaper.

Our room was gorgeous with more than enough space. The kitchen was a great addition and allowed us to have some meals right at the hotel. There are hikes and places to eat nearby, and the hotel itself has swimming, tennis, and basketball. I’ve been to a lot of hotels in my life and this one is the only one that also smelled REALLY GOOD no matter where you went in the hotel. I would definitely recommend!
Beautiful view and wonderful modern room with great bathroom. We wondered why no one came to clean room or provide fresh towels or empty garbage. No one told us that due to Covid we would not have any of these services and that we would have to stop at front desk for towels.

Thank you for your kinds words regarding the views and the room. It is correct that we do not provide daily housekeeping services. This policy is noted in our reservation confirmations, mentioned at the time of e-registration and is also on our website. Front desk can bring fresh towels and linens up to the condo upon request.
we had a lovely view of the lake. The condo was very clean and well kept. only thing was there was a heating or air unit in the master bed room that ran 24-7 and it made it a little hard to sleep

I enjoy the northernaire this time of year. Very quiet and peaceful. I just wish they had thicker comforters on the bed, the pool opened earlier and stayed open later. The internet connection was also bad. We had to step outside to get out to the web.

Condo was clean and well supplied. Staff was pleasant. Had a little trouble with gas grill. Only one grill which may be an issue during busy season.

Very neat, clean and beautiful facility. Check in staff member must have been having a bad day. She was very sober and unfriendly. But we did not have to deal with her again so stay was great!

This property was beautiful! Everything was spotless and even smelled new. We loved our stay here and hope to come back. Only thing was we wished the bar area would have been open.
Location is great near the lake with docks. Very clean with indoor pool/hot tub and outdoor hot tub. Also, has firepit for group fires and smores. Walls were a bit thin as we could hear everything above us and woke us a few times in the middle of the night. Overall, very good stay.

Resort new and clean, easy access to docks. All rooms have a beautiful view! Brought a paddle board and kayak and safe to leave on beach during our stay. Walking distance to get a bite to eat and a couple drinks at Jake's Bar and Grill.

Its a beautiful area and the facility has his uniqueness. So friendly. Our room was very accommodating with a beautiful view of the lake . We will be back in fall to enjoy the colors. Looking forward to another stay “up north”.

Nowhere on the resorts website does it state that onsite restaurants/bars aren't open until peak season. Knowing that our timing was off season those amenities were important.
