"The house was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. A storm knocked out the electricity one night and a generator kicked on, which was really nice. I received timely messages about checking in and checking out. The swing on the front porch is awesome. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again."

"Property and amenities were excellent and worked out perfectly for our party of 20. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the game room, sport court and decks with the great views. Highly recommend checking out the Cottage Vinyard/Winery literally right behind the property. Our wedding party had a great time there one night. If you’re looking for a place in a beautiful part of Georgia that provides amenities for all age groups, I recommend this property."

"The property was beautiful! Very private but not too far from downtown Helen. The creek out back was amazing, perfect for a hot summer day but I’m sure is beautiful in the fall/winter months as well. The house was very clean and the amount of room in the home is amazing. Great for a large family vacation."

"Overall, we had a wonderful time enjoying the peace and quiet.Our phones were in emergency call only while at the cabins which was wonderful. Everyone talked, played in stream with kids and enjoyed the secluded but not too secluded cabin. My grandchildren loved playing in the stream trying to find cool stones. I do suggest bringing a fan for the bedrooms if you are coming in the summer months. They have 1 ac unit in the living area. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The house itself has great bones and a lot of potential, but there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted our stay.The pool area needs attention, as there is significant cracking in the concrete surrounding it. When we arrived, the pool was dirty. A maintenance worker came by to address another issue and showed us where the pool supplies were located and how to clean it, so we cleaned it ourselves to remove the dirt that had settled on the bottom.The hot tub was enjoyable, but there was a yellow jacket nest underneath it, which made using that area unpleasant and potentially unsafe.The third bathroom downstairs was extremely dirty, and we were unable to use it during our stay. In fact, we were not even sure if it was functioning properly. None of the bathroom were clean. On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. However, the king-size beds would be more comfortable with box springs or additional support.While the owner was fantastic to work with and very responsive, the cleaning and maintenance teams need to improve their attention to detail. Because of these issues, I'm not sure we would rent this property again, despite its otherwise appealing features."
