l'hôtel t la chambre étaient très propre mais le stricte minimum. les murs ne sont pas insonorisés on entend beaucoup la chambre d'à côté.
J'ai téléphoné une heure avant mon arrivée pour savoir si le restaurant était ouvert on m'a répondu que oui. arrivée 50 minutes après l'appel, tout était désert et restaurant fermé.

We are a big family and were welcomed with open arms. Hotel Balsthal is a charming, modern hotel with a rustic feel to it.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back.
Staff is very welcoming to children and went above and beyond to accommodate our little ones.
It is surrounded by beautiful nature trails and old castles to visit.
I strongly recommend staying here!!!
