2/10 Terrible

"Hotel was nice. Food was good. Very nice hotel and staff. Unfortunately Bathroom by gym had no soap. Shower in our room would not drain in 812 and we complained they said someone who be up to fix it. Shower would back up and bring nasty stuff back up in the shower water. Same issue for day 2 and day 3. Complained again at checkout and was told from front desk we don’t even have you in that room. Should be no charges. Front desk says Shows you never checked in. Call Expedia they call hotel and they told them they have no record of incident at all. I call the hotel and they have all the records but no record of the last day credit we were promised because the issue. Side note had adult pool advertised and beach outside but when we arrived it didn’t open for 2 more weeks. We never would have booked here because we didn’t have our kids. Only thing that was open was indoor water parks."

"I made a reserve now, pay at property reservation, HAD I NOT BEEN PAYING ATTENTION I would NOT have had a room!! They attempted to charge my card prior to my arrival and the front desk admitted that HAD I NOT CALLED they would have sold my room to someone else!! WHY WOULD THEY NOT CALL ME! I would have been stuck with NO room, EIGHT HOURS from home with 4 children. That in itself was terrible and the bartender was horribly rude when I asked for a beer/wine list as I was met with eye rolls every time I asked if a certain kind was available (there is ZERO organization to even SEE what offerings were available). The property was clean enough, but one elevator was broken and staff wasn’t clear with initial instructions on how to operate the one elevator to the left side properly. We also had a leak in our suite from under the sink or fridge resulting in massive stains on the carpet as well as a huge wet spot."

"Never book room 107 … there’s a window in there that blares into the room at all hours. At night time when you’re trying to sleep it’s bright as a Sunday afternoon!! And we were literally right next to the pool it was so much commission from them going in & out we could hardly watch tv. We wanted to sleep in but all we kept hearing was every single person coming and going to the check out laughing & carrying on … Breakfast was eaten up by a team of players who left NOTHING. The indoors “warm pool” was freezing and the left the outside doors open all day & night letting all the nice warm air out?? No towels in the pool area & the kids be acting crazy!! We had one squirt us in the head just for giggles (we don’t even know them like that!!) my key stoped working for our room twice while we were there & front desk is as slow as a sloth … we must of came on a crazy weekend ?!?"

"I’m not even sure where to start, honestly. When we got into our room, I noticed there weren’t any towels. I called the front desk, but there wasn’t an answer. My son then told me that the bathroom door wouldn’t shut; I thought that was odd, but went to check it out. Sure enough, the top hinge was loose, so we had to lift the door in order to fully close it! I walked down to the front desk to report both items (towels and door), and was assured they would be taken care of when we returned from our graduation ceremony. We returned to our room around 9:30pm, and neither situation had been handled. I tried to call down to the front desk, but no answer (again). I walked down, and this time was told there were towels in the dryer and to come back in 40 minutes. My son and his friend walked down at that time, and were told they had all been given out. Excuse me, what? They told the person working that I had requested 2 towels; apparently he was extremely rude to them, but eventually gave them 2 towels for the room. The door was never fixed during our stay. I find it frustrating that I could never get ahold of anyone via phone, and that the front desk staff were all rude and dismissive of my requests. AND, to top it off, the pool was closed! 0 ⭐️, would not recommend!"
